继《兄弟连》和《太平洋战争》之后，斯皮尔伯格和汤姆·汉克斯打造的“二战三部曲”系列第三部《空战群英》，目前正由苹果运作中。 　　限定剧《空战群英》（Masters of Air）改编自Donald L. Miller的同名原著小说，围绕二战中美国第八航空队真实、私人的故事展开，是他们给希特勒和纳粹德国带来了战略性的轰炸。《兄弟连》编剧约翰·奥罗夫将为《空战群英》撰写剧本，斯皮尔伯格和汉克斯都是执行制片。

该剧是英国同名帮派电影的前传剧集，背景设定在90年代的伦敦，讲述电影男主盖尔和唐复杂关系的起源，以及男主盖尔和妻子迪迪的相识过程。

继喜剧系列《罗珊娜》(1988)之后，故事围绕女族长突然去世后的家庭成员展开。
